Print Haven provides photo and art printing services, including file review, size and paper consultation, test prints, production, and local collection or delivery within Macau. Any service is subject to file suitability, material availability, and studio capacity, and we may decline work that cannot be produced to a reasonable standard.
Prices are determined by print size, paper, and quantity, and test prints are billed separately where offered. We may request confirmation before production begins, and accepted payment methods are limited to those shown or otherwise agreed for the order.

Any estimate or production timing is approximate only and depends on file readiness, material availability, and current workload. We do not promise rush production unless it has been expressly confirmed, and we may adjust the schedule if a file or material issue requires further review.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print Haven is not liable for differences between screen display and printed output, variations between materials or production batches, or losses arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or unauthorized customer content. We also do not warrant any specific archival life, fade resistance, or environmental certification unless confirmed for the relevant material and process.
